Thunder Bay is getting a visit from a federal cabinet minister next week. Aboriginal Affairs Minister Bernard Valcourt is the guest speaker at a Chamber of Commerce Luncheon on Tuesday. He will be here to promote the Harper government's new budget as well as the proposed changes to First Nations education.
