It's no longer a secret. Delta Hotels and Resorts is officially the hotelier for the waterfront development project.Mayor Keith Hobbs and Delta officials made the announcement at a news conference this morning. Delta President and CEO Ken Greene says the hotel will be a 4-star hotel with 150 rooms and 18 penthouse suites.Officials say the hotel will open in 2014 and the result for the city is a million dollars in property taxes.
