The city is buzzing about who might be the
winner of the 50 million dollar lottery draw on Friday. The Ontario Lottery
and Gaming Corporation says that the winning Lotto Max ticket was sold in
Thunder Bay. So far no one has come forward to claim the prize, so it isn't
known yet if the winner is a single purchaser or if it was bought as part of an
office lottery pool. Lottery retailers in the city are equally perplexed.
Those we spoke to had no idea if the ticket was purchased at their outlet or
not.
