Pioneer Construction of Sudbury is the winner of a contract to make improvements to an 8 kilometre stretch of Highway 11/17 near Thunder Bay. The 3.2 million dollar contract will include repaving and new drainage and grading of the stretch located near Highway 587. Work is expected to be completed in October.
