The Mayor says it may be time to change the city's designation as a so
called "nuclear free zone" It was passed by a previous council, but
Keith Hobbs suggests it's only symbolic right now. He says if you only
knew what went through Thunder Bay Bay on the highways there's lots of
nuclear material that comes though. Hobbs calls the designation
antiquated.
