O.P.P. are warning motorists of potential delays this morning. The
traffic lights are out at the Intersection of the expressway and Red
River Road. Hydro crews are working to make repairs but it could be some
time before the lights are back and operational. Traffic in all four
directions are experiencing delays this morning.
