Thunder Bay Police are investigating a pedestrian accident that happened
on the corner of Arthur and Norah Street at approximately 6:40 last
night. A man was walking with his dog when a woman struck him with her
car. He was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries while
the dog was seriously injured. The woman has been arrested and charged
with failure to remain at the scene and driving while disqualified.
