The regional health authority and the Health Sciences Centre now have a
plan in place to help ease the overcrowding pressures at the hospital.
The plan includes 300 thousand dollars from the Local Health Integration
Network to move patients out of the hospital and into the community.
It also requests the public consider alternative options to going to the
emergency room.
