Michael Kelly murder trial is into week number two. Kelly's voice was heard in the courtroom on Monday when the prosecution played a police recording of an interview they conducted with Kelly just three days after he reported his common law wife Judie Thibault missing. In the interview he says in the last days before she disappeared, Thibault appeared stressed. When asked point blank in the interview if he murdered Judie Thibault Kelly said "no".
